The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) is announcing that 32,617 out of 77,901 passed the Nurse License Examination in various cities nationwide.

Golda Manto Yap, a graduate of Felipe Verallo Memorial Foundation in Cebu, topped the board examination with a rating of 86.90 percent, followed by Ronie Rose Capati Arevalo of Adamson University with 86.40 percent. Read More…

Congratulations to the new Marine Deck Officers who passed the Marine Deck Officers Licensure Examination!

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) is announcing that 2,253 out of 4,318 examinees passed the written phase of the Marine Deck Officers Licensure Examination for the various ranks given by the Board for Marine Deck Officers in Manila this July 2009. And a total of 245 examinees are exempted from taking the practical examinations as they opted to submit a Certificate of Training and Certificate of Assessment in the Ship Simulator and Bridge Teamwork (SSBT).

Registration for the issuance of Certificate of Registration and Professional Identification Cards for those who are exempted in the practical assessment will start on Wednesday, July 22, 2009 until August 5, 2009. Successful examinees who passed and opted to submit a Certificate of Training and Certificate of Assessment in the Ship Simulator and Bridge Teamwork (SSBT) will take their oath before the Board on Wednesday, August 19, 2009 at 1:00 o’ clock in the afternoon at the Fiesta Pavilion, Manila Hotel, One Rizal Park, Roxas Boulevard, Manila.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) is announcing that 691 out of 1,280 passed the Social Worker Licensure Examination given by the Board for Social Workers in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga this June 2009.

Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will start on Monday, July 20, 2009 but not later than August 5, 2009. Those who will register are required to bring the following: duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, current Community Tax Certificate (cedula), 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete nametag), 1 piece 1″ x 1″ picture (colored with white background and complete nametag), 2 sets of metered documentary stamps, and 1 short brown envelope with name and profession; and to pay the Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2009-2012. The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) is announcing that the June 2009 Dentistry Board Exam Results are out.

The PRC released yesterday the results, showing Maybelle Canlas Banaag, a student of Centro Escolar University (CEU), topping the 295 examinees who passed the licensure examination administered by the Board of Dentistry. Banaag got a rating 83.63 percent. She is closely followed by Arjay Niño Sampang Dulay of the University of the East-Manila with a score of 83.57 percent. A student of the University of the Philippines-Manila, Marian Ange-lica Caguicla Leyba, garnered 82.65 percent to take third place. Read More…
